An economical wafer cup, built for easy opening. Elements pairs 100% Concord grape juice with a freshly baked wheat wafer from our own bakery, in a crush-proof cup with quiet seals and easy-open offset tabs, so members young and old can focus on communion. Now available in convenient bagged packs.
The wafer sits on top and the juice below, and each is sealed separately. Offset tabs, exclusive to WCC, make opening each element effortless, and the quiet seals keep the moment reverent. The cup is strong and crush-proof, so it holds up to storage and handling, and it fits standard communion trays and pews.
The wafers are baked fresh in our in-house bakery from just two ingredients: wheat flour and water. That keeps the wafer simple and traditional, and it comes sealed on top of every cup, ready to serve with no pouring or preparation.
Need help choosing? Our church size guide turns attendance into a quantity. Packs also arrive in bags that are easy to store and hand off between ministry teams. Read more in Bagged & Ready to Sell.
This page is the wheat wafer. If members need gluten-free, the same Elements cup comes with a gluten-free wafer, listed separately so it's easy to order and store the right one. See Elements Gluten-Free.
Grape Juice: Grape juice from concentrate, water, sodium benzoate.
Wheat Wafer: Wheat flour and water. Contains wheat.
Keep the cups in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months, or refrigerate them for 6 months. They can be frozen for up to a year. Check the best-by date on your package. Our guide to storing prefilled communion cups has more tips.
What's in the wafer?
Just wheat flour and water, baked in our own bakery.
How is Elements different from Simply?
Both are economical prefilled cups. Elements uses a wafer, while Simply uses bread. If your church prefers bread, see our Simply cups with bread, or compare all three lines in our Chalice vs. Simply vs. Elements guide.
