Join Our Production Team
World Communion Cups has a production team consisting of Packing Clerks, Shipping Clerks, Quality Control Operators, Machine Operators, and Bakery Operators. Each role is located in Brownsburg, IN and can be part-time or full-time.
We produce prepackaged communion cups to help churches worship worldwide. Our production facilities offer a clean work environment, and our production team rotates through tasks to avoid a monotonous workday. These positions do not require walking long distances, climbing, or heavy lifting.

We operate on an "advance from within" policy, giving employees greater opportunities for immediate advancement.
No Mandatory Overtime
Our team is spread across three 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with no mandatory overtime.
